Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit or a gift card.
How to Request a Return
Start your return by completing our return form here. Once your return is approved, we’ll email instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues
Check your items upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges and Cancellations
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Once an order is placed, it is unlikely to be canceled as it goes straight to our fulfillment center for processing. Contact us with any concerns.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued as a store credit or gift card. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
