How long does it take products to ship once the order is placed?

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped promptly after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is your return policy?

 

We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of this page. Please note that we issue a store credit/gift card on returns. We do not issue credit card refunds unless your product was damaged or out of stock. for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Who pays for returns?

 

Once your return is approved, we will automatically provide a return label. For domestic returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit unless the product was received damaged. For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.

How often do you stock merchandise?

 

We typically restock merchandise a few times a month and sometimes as often as a few times a week during high season. To stay updated on new arrivals and restocks, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.

Can I combine coupons?

 

Unfortunately, we do not allow the combination of multiple coupons or discount codes on a single order. Only one promotion can be applied per purchase.

What is the difference in your shipping methods?

 

Our shipping rates are relative to the processing time, not the shipment type. This means that if you pay for Express shipping, your order will be pushed to the front of the line and shipped prior to flat-rate orders. Our normal shipping time is 1-2 business days for flat-rate orders.

I've paid using Sezzle, Shop Pay, Zip, etc. How does that work with a return?

If you paid using a payment gateway like Sezzle, Shop Pay, or Zip, you will receive store credit for returns. You will still be responsible for the scheduled payments as agreed with the payment provider. These gateways pay us upfront for the entire transaction, and refunds to you would not affect your payment obligations to them.
