SHIPPING POLICY
We appreciate your purchase and strive to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 2 business days after your order is placed, but we aim to ship the same day if the order is received by noon EST.
Express/Overnight Shipping: Express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for domestic orders.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that fall on weekdays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via USPS or UPS. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the address in your confirmation email. If the address is incorrect and your item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it. If you choose not to pay the reship fee, we will issue a gift card for your order. Cash refunds will not be given in this situation.
Order Protection
PGM provides insurance on all priority orders placed through our website and mobile app. This insurance protects your purchase against loss, theft, or damage.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment center once received, so we cannot cancel or make changes to confirmed orders.
