Shipping Policy

Shipping Method Costs

Free - orders over US$75.00


1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include the day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90days after your order was placed.



Our return policy spans 10 days from the date you receive your item, ensuring ample time for returns.


To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit/gift card.


Initiate a return by completing the return form provided here. Upon acceptance, you'll receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Regrettably, final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you encounter any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Exchanges and Cancellations: For desired exchanges, simply return the original item and place a separate order for the new one. Once an order is placed, cancellation is unlikely as it proceeds to our fulfillment center for processing. Feel free to contact us with any questions.


Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit/gift card. Please note, we do not offer cash/credit refunds.
