RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Pretty Girl Mo Boutique’s Refund and Exchange page. We’ll cover our policy and our most-asked questions related to returns and exchanges. Please review our asked questions below. 

 

We are happy to offer FREE exchanges for a different size in the same style if available! 

 

For all other returns, a processing fee of $7.95 will be applied for 1-2 items, and $10.95 for 3 items or more. This fee will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

To start a return, please complete the return form here.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges and Cancellations
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your order is placed, it is highly unlikely that it can be cancelled. Your order is sent to our fulfillment center for processing.  Please contact us if you have any questions. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit/gift card.  We do not offer cash/credit refunds.
